By using JimMagicMail ("the service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
JimMagicMail provides professional email addresses on shared system domains (e.g. [email protected]). You get a real inbox — you can send and receive email. No domain purchase or DNS configuration is required.
Two access options are available: a $3 payment for instant access, or a free option for users who prefer not to pay. A limited account may also be available before activation.
Addresses on shared system domains are provided by JimMagicMail and are not domains owned by you.
You may not use JimMagicMail to:
Accounts found violating these rules will be suspended without notice. We comply with abuse reports and will cooperate with law enforcement where required.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for lost emails, downtime, or interruptions to service.
The $3 activation is a one-time payment — not a subscription and not auto-renewing. It includes 2 months of sending access. After that, continued sending access can be extended for $1/month if you choose to continue. This is optional and is not automatically charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are not available once an account has been activated, but contact us at [email protected] if you have an issue.
The free activation path may include simple activities from our partners, such as exploring third-party products or services. By choosing this path, you agree to any applicable terms and conditions of the third-party products or services involved. We may receive a small payout from our partners when the required activation is completed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of your data, email [email protected].
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
