JimMagicMail ("we", "us", or "our") provides a professional email service with both free and paid options at jimmagicmail.space. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you create an account or use the service, we collect:
We do not collect payment card details directly. If you choose to pay for credits, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive only a confirmation of the transaction.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your email contents for advertising.
JimMagicMail offers two ways to access the service: a $3 payment for instant access, or a free option for users who choose that path. The free option is supported by partnerships in the dashboard. We may receive a small commission from these partners, which helps us cover the cost of running the service.
You can create an account without paying or installing anything. Any app-based activity is only part of the optional free activation path.
Your data is stored on private infrastructure located in the United States. Emails are retained as long as your account is active. We do not currently offer a self-service account deletion tool. To request deletion of your data, email us at [email protected].
Email content is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being written to our database. Encryption keys are stored separately from email data, so a stolen database alone would not expose the contents of your messages. All data in transit is protected by TLS/HTTPS. Attachments and inline images are stored in Cloudflare R2, which applies AES-256 encryption at rest by default.
We use browser localStorage to keep you logged into the dashboard. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.
